Beginners are welcome to all classes, just come with an open mind and comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely. As a beginner you will not be expected to perform movements that are beyond your current abilities but you should come to classes with the intention of having a go at everything.

Contra-Mestre Parente structures the class so that each student can get the most out of each session. Beginners can improve their basics whilst advanced students are encouraged to continually improve their game. Every class is different.

Visiting students from other Capoeira clubs are always welcome! You should let Contra-Mestre Parente know at the start of your first class so that you let him know your level of experience and ability. Each student is always given equal importance.

Classes cost £6 for adults or you can pay £50 for 10 classes and £3.50 for those 15 and under. Beginners get their first two classes for the price of one! Also if regular members come with a new student you both train for free at the next class!
